I have responded to early morning wake up calls by writing what is coming through the unconscious. This challenge has resulted in the following piece. Some writings are more extensive than others.I would add that it does not happen every night (one needs his sleep you know) but I have now accrued a sizeable portfolio of what may be called spirit inspired thought which I would like to share with you.

Safety in numbers.Someone somewhere needs a helping hand.
What can you offer from you lofty perch as you look around hand over eye giving a shadow from the sun as you begin your search, looking far into the distance with eagle eye nothing left undisturbed as you scan each segment of earth. There in the distance a lonely figure, hunched, crest fallen, your quarry as it were, over there not out of reach.Extend your hand grasping his, even this gesture revives the will in him letting him know that someone cares.Hands clasped together now as you pull harder and settle him in the same place you are.He smiles this stranger, now out of danger. The smile, thanks enough, no words exchanged, a gesture of friendship in the place where sometimes you, ‘the island’, is not enough. The assistance of another in caring attitude, helping hands, one to another, nothing expected in gain only the knowledge that a lonely soul has been given the chance to carry on his life knowing there are those who care-the smile is all that is required, payment enough. The strong giving succour and support to the less fortunate fellow human given freely and without thought for reward the smile reward enough and so you both go on stronger each.Ta

Sometimes in the morning when day is dawning birds look around at the wonderful sound of the dawn a bright new beginning a new slate, piece of paper to write on.Into the next breath of life as the world revolves breathing life and light into the dark.New beginnings new experiences to have and hold, new memories to replace the old.The sound of daybreak sweeping away the night worries, one can see again a fresh start.Whatever has happened before, can you not bring new freedom and have bright ideas?, forgetting the past and forgiving the transgression by sweeping away the webs we weave, like the new day brushes the dark before it.Embrace the freedom that is given and depart from this new start, an enlightened spirit upon a new and exciting journey of discovery and adventure.Thank you
